On April 5, inmates at the City Justice Center in St. Louis protested. They broke windows and chanted as people gathered on the street below to watch the protest unfold.

A man threw items he picked up toward the City Justice
Center on April 5 to express anger at the police. That was the same night inmates began a protest to demand court dates.
