Plain White T’s will perform on campus Saturday, Apr. 16 as part of Webster’s 2016 Springfest concert. The Springest concert will take place in the Grant Gym at 7:30 p.m. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Current Webster students may claim one free ticket for the concert with valid ID card at the UC Information Desk. Tickets are on sale since Mar. 1. Six hundred tickets are reserved for current students. Around 50 have been claimed so far.

Any general public, faculty, staff or alumni can purchase tickets online. General public admission tickets are $20 and faculty, staff and alumni admission is $10, with a limit of two tickets per person. 

Formed in Lombard, Illinois in 1997, American pop/punk band Plain White T is best know for their 2008 Grammy nominated single, “Hey There Delilah”.

“Hey There Delilah”, as well as “1234” and “Rhythm of Love” went platinum in 2007, 2009 and 2011. The band has was nominated for the Grammy’s “Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals” in 2008.
