At 7:30 p.m., The Galaxy radio will be live streaming the third public hearing on the educational zoning proposed by the city of Webster Groves.
If passed, the zoning could potentially halt Webster University’s plans to collaborate with Eden Theological Seminary. As is, the proposed changes would set green space and parking requirements for campus expansion or renovation for every Conditional Use Permit brought after the passing of the zoning
