Josh Groban will be joined by the Webster University Chamber Singers when he comes to the Peabody Opera House on Oct. 19, 2015.
The choral group will back up the singer-songwriter for two of his songs, “Anthem” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone”.
The performance with Groban is just one of many other big performances the group performed in recent years. This year, the group was named a semifinalist in the college division of non-profit performance arts competition The American Prize.
They also performed at the reopening of the Pulitzer Art Foundation in downtown St. Louis.
“Once again, Chamber Singers is the go-to collegiate choir in town,” Department of Music Chair Jeffrey Carter said in a statement from the Webster University News.
The choir is directed by Assistant Professor of Music Trent Patterson.
