Webster named ‘Best for Vets’ by Military Times

Military Times named Webster University one of the “Best for Vets” 2014 business schools for veterans. Webster was ranked 27 out of 140 colleges that offer graduate-level business degrees. The Military Times continuing series “Best for Vets” is an informational tool designed to help veterans choose educational and employment opportunities.

“We do them to recognize those organizations that really go out of their way to accommodate vets,” said Amanda Miller, Military Times EDGE magazine editor. “Whether it’s special needs like helping with vets benefits or designing a special curriculum or whatever it might be.”

The criteria for making the list are culture, support, academic policy and cost. The information used to complete the school ranking lists is gathered from detailed surveys institutions fill out each year and from the U.S. Department of Education’s Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System.
