Webster Groves City Council Member Anne Tolan said she believes the sidewalk along the Edgar Road overpass of Interstate 44 is unsafe for pedestrians.
She said that when she walks, she feels a strong breeze from a passing car could force her over the edge. She believes that the railing there is most likely below safety standards.
Webster Groves City Attorney Helmut Starr stated that the railing would be something the Mo. Department of Transportation would need to take care of.
