The newest group at Webster University is the Emerging Entrepreneurs. It will help students make connections with experienced entrepreneurs. On Feb. 19, Student Government Association voted to officially recognize the group.
Masoud Assali originally created the group four years ago at the Webster University Vienna campus. He said the group was a success for students and thought the Emerging Entrepreneurs could find even more success at the home campus.
The group plans to give individual attention to students and what they want to experience.
“We are here to lend a hand and give students the right connections,” Assali said.
Assali hopes the group will be successful and he wishes to eventually fund students to create their own businesses.
