    Moratorium passes unanimously

    The Webster Groves City Council unanimously passed the moratorium on all educational properties more than five acres in size at the Oct. 1 meeting. This resolution will block any new conditional use permits (CUP) from being brought to the Council for approval.

    City resolution could delay future construction

    The Webster Groves City Council proposed a moratorium on issuing building or conditional use permits for colleges, universities and other educational facilities that own or lease five or more acres of property.The resolution will not affect permits that have already been issued or are currently being discussed.
