$1 million program proposal made by Susan Polgar to Texas Tech, documents reveal

In emails obtained by The Journal under Texas open records law, TTU administrators wrote that the university would be unable to meet Polgar’s stipulations. In February 2012, Webster University announced Susan Polgar and SPICE would be moving from Texas Tech to Webster.
