Grocery chain Schnucks Markets Inc. reported that it was hacked last month and credit card information was stolen from thousands of customers.
Webster Groves may have been affected as well.
According to the Webster Groves Police Department, Webster Groves residents’ credit cards were used fraudulently in Maryland, New York and the United Kingdom.
Schnucks announced March 30 it had contained the breach in security, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
