Students’ stress levels rise as finals approach

In the last weeks of the semester, some Webster students may be feeling the strain that comes with final projects and exams. But exam crunch time isn’t the only thing worrying students. Junior Emily Korenak, international relations major, said her stress comes from her own expectations.

Professor retires after 41 years

Mike Salevouris, a history professor at Webster University for more than 40 years, has witnessed the evolution of the university and its student body. After many years of guiding students and helping Webster become what it is today, Salevouris is now retiring.

New SBT building construction ahead of schedule

Students, staff and faculty had a chance to sample and vote for the furniture that might fill the George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology building in a furniture fair held April 18 and 19 at Eden Theological Seminary. Construction on the new Business and Technology building is three weeks ahead of schedule, and should be ready to hold classes by Spring II of 2012.
