The Association for African American Collegians (AAAC) brought a list of 19 demands to the attention of President Beth Stroble and Provost Julian Schuster. AAAC members said the demands are a result of racial problems at Webster University.

The meeting was held Nov. 12 in Loretto Hall with nearly 30 people in attendance. The list of demands includes a tuition decrease, the creation of an African American Studies major and minor, and the elimination of bonuses for administrators.

AAAC President Keyra Stephens and AAAC Treasurer Yai Nikos said if the demands are not met, AAAC will protest. They both said it is likely that protests will be necessary.
