Payment, software compatibility and logistical problems with Webster’s “My Webster” payment system will be addressed at an open forum hosted by Student Government Association (SGA.)

SGA will host the forum. Representatives from Webster’s Payroll Department will also be attending, according to SGA’s Facebook page. According to the post, the forum “is open to all to discuss ADP concerns.” It will be held in Sunnen Lounge at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday, March 6.

Problems with the Automatic Data Processing (ADP) payroll system are continuing for Webster University student employees like Lena Braylock, The Journal reported on Feb. 12.

Braylock said she did not receive a paycheck after a two week pay period. When she called payroll, they said there were was nothing they could do for a little over a week and her check probably had not come through “because of snow and mailing problems.”

Webster switched to the paperless system in January. The two year project “My Webster,” which ADP operates under, caused problems for student employees from the time it started. Office of Admissions student employee Alyssa Hegwood told The Journal in January that she had problems with the smartphone app. She said she and others could not log in and “it was a train wreck.”
