There is a gap in the fence that surrounds Webster University’s Village Apartments in front of apartment building 3.
Director of Public Relations Patrick Giblins said Webster University was not aware of the missing part of the fence.
“We (Webster University) did not remove that section of the fence,” Giblins said.
Giblins said the University has placed a work order to replace and repair the fence. He said he has also alerted Public Safety to keep an eye on the area.
Neither Webster Facilities nor the Public Relations departments were aware of the gap in the fence.
